What to do if other party leaves the country

Has it occurred to you that perhaps he merely wants you to "think" he is leaving the country? Timing of everything is a tad suspect. Also, I don't believe FRO used to report non-payment to the credit bureau back then - but then I could be wrong and I'm sure someone will correct me.

I think you'd best try to substantiate some of the information you have been told.

Well, it was correct! Today he called and spoke to daughter saying his goodbye. He leaves tomorrow morning. Daughter asked where he is going and how she will stay in touch. He said he will let her know once he lands there as he doesn't have a home address to give. Daughter said what company u are gonna work for? Atleast give that information. His reply, he will get in touch with her once he lands. So this is where we are at! Everything still up in the air but it's confirmed he leaves tomorrow

I'm so sorry. I'm sorry for your daughter and I'm sorry for the mess you have now been left with.

My ex left the country in August. I did manage to get him served his last day here, but the process is still in the works now - 7 months later thanks to delays on his part. He went to the US, so there is reciprocal agreement in place. I just can't imagine how I'd be feeling if I didn't know where he was, when he was coming back or if he planned on upholding his obligations.

Thanks for the support Ms mom! It's not really a good feeling but right now I'm more concerned about my daughters feeling and well being. I'm trying to spend as much time as I can with her and to make her feel that she will always have me beside her. It sucks but what can I do? So why even stress over it. I can only hope that things go smoothly for my daughter and she continues to keep her grades up as this is the most crucial and important year for her.
I would like to thank everyone for all their response and support.

According to the MEP website there is a reciprocal agreement with the US.

Wishing you well HelpingHands - hope future brings nice surprises for you!

Thanks Arabian! Father has left for Middle East. I don't even know which city. I'm just going it to leave it up to God and take it one day at a time.

She'll prevail. I'm certain. :)
