Value of Long Term Disability and CPP

I'm curious what disclosure you're talking about.

The op's ex has an income and pays support based on it.

The only one who would be imputed here is the op. What disclosure should she give to determine her income. Given her history, it would either be the $40k she made the last 5 years or full time minimum wage anyone should be able to get. If she can't work she should be on disability as well and that would be her income.

I thought disability wasn't considered income?

OP stated she can't get full financial disclosure from ex.

I just read what dinkyface and dad2bdad posted - quite interesting and totally relevant to both threads in my opinion.

It very much is, as I pay a lot of cs and ss on my disability income. It's just that the majority of it is tax free and needs to be imputed to gross it to a proper amount.

Thanks for the help, I got a lot of information that is to my benefit. I have so mch entitlement that i was not knowing of. i will get lawyer advice too. thankyou

Oh Noooooo thankyou Diego,I pass that offer. I deal with a cripple for seven years. I dont want another one to take what is left of me.

Hey GodiegoGo - maybe you could hire yahoo!!!!!
That could work out, although she may not want the income to count towards her support obligations.

No one knows my life and how it was living hell. Diego assume I not work for support and that is offensive. I read digo posts he is worse than my ex . Diego is angry person like my ex is. I understand it because I deal with it. Disable or no disable it hurts very much to pay support . Make me laugh at people like that
