are you suggesting new slogan to the next trial ?

Too strong of a statement in my opinion. Litigants have to tip-toe around the whole "mental health" issue before the courts, even in high conflict litigation. You can let the evidence of the continued involvement of the police and CAS do all the talking in the argument. No doubt that the other party in the matter will try to suggest their course of conduct was appropriate and "necessary" to "protect" the child.

What is concerning is that with help anyone can change. The key problem is that the person needs to be self-aware that they need help. It is a catch 22 in the whole process. Court ordered treatment is interesting to see and how they word the order. It is always dependent on the other party seeking help and providing evidence that they have gotten help and are progressing in their treatment. It is never an order that has any teeth. Usually it is tied to the person in question demonstrating to the court they are willing to change more than the "mental health" aspect of treatment.

same Judge for at least 4 years after the trial. I believe we got the best Judge in the building for sure. One of the best in Ontario I think. He is not lenient to anyone as I would notice but he is really care about little one - that all I need.
I agree completely- as we share the same judge :)
