Hi My family case is up for trial. I represent myself and have no lawyer. Please guide me as to what should be done prior to it?

Thanks
Mel

TRIAL
A trial is a very formal procedure. In the interest of fairness, rules of evidence and procedure are strictly enforced. Witnesses testify before the judge, documentary evidence is presented in a particularly formal way and finally each side makes a closing statement.

Find out exactly what you can use as evidence or your building your case on thin air.

I see you have been posting on this web site since 2009. You have had plenty of time to prepare for your trial.

You could have finished law school by now [this comment is not intended to offend] !
