Stbx refusing to sell investment property

So an investment property on both of our names and the STBX is refusing to sell.
What legal action could be taken. Will the case management judge order it to get is sold?

Depends on what the issues with the equalization is. Generally case management judges only make orders on consent and move matters to motion where there is a dispute. (or to trial.)
