signature on documents

hi

i presented my spouse with the documents

he signed every single page and in areas that he wasnt required to sign

in addition he signed sloppy and big

is this still valid?

it was witnessed by me and another witness

You aren't clear about what the documents were.

Your separation agreement, he did exactly as he was supposed to, sign every page. As long as he wasn't drunk, it doesn't matter how sloppy he wrote.

Don't want to usurp the thread - but have a question about signatures too. If applicant signed their name in the lawyers spot and the lawyer signed in the applicants spot on an official brief is it still valid since it is not completed properly?

I know traffic tickets get thrown out for this (yes, not exactly the same court - but dealing with court documents)
