For Ontario:
I am looking to book a motion for interim orders for decision making and parenting time ( children are 6 and 4) in the middle of divorce proceedings as we are unable to come to any mutual agreement . Her responses to my offer are completely irrelevant to the question I ask e.g. I sent her email for offer for settlement, her reply is you are biploar ( which is incorrect ) . Its impossible to talk to this person.
I have made the affidavit and factum with all the exhibits- not filled yet.
I am wondering for interim orders if the focus is mostly on the filled written materials then how much value can be added by hiring a lawyer to represent me at motion or I can self represent .
