Section 7 (the black box)

Does anyone know if legal fees for a child's criminal activity constitute for section 7 expenses? I know psychology bills do.

Gah, I would say the onus for that should be entirely on the child! Then again, that might invite further criminal activity. Much like any other section 7 expense, check with the other parent before incurring them, but I would think that they would qualify, being an extraordinary expense not normally expected in day to day living.

lol, I think the child is entitled to free legal advice under young offenders. Additionally, a parent may act as their agent.
