greetings,
i have a couple questions concerning entitlements in saskatchewan....my situation is that i am in a 10 year(7-8 living together) relationship. we separated for 3 months about 2 years ago.. the house is in her name as she bought it about a year before i moved in. she pays the mortgage as well. i pay the bills and groceries(all utilities are also in her name). while living with her, we(i) have redone the entire interior of a 4 bedroom house(flooring, painting, trim, appliances, light fixtures etc, etc.) of which i paid at least 75% plus 100% of the labour.. also extensive outside work(shingles, fencing, landscaping) which i also did. the value of her house has increased at least 100K from the combination of upgrades and market fluctuation since i have moved in. needless to say, we may be at the end....i hope not, but it appears likely. leaving here, i wouldn`t have much and would pretty much have to start from scratch again and i was wondering... if i had to walk away....is it possible not to go empty handed?
