Recieved an answer from ex on a motion to vary,(adult kid) the Financial Statement is practically worthless . I assume she's so over confident she doesn't bother to make her numbers add up...just over inflates everything and spits it out. We've been in and out of court for past decade and I'm pretty sure the judge's don't put much stock in financial disclosure but everytime I'm hopeful...lol. SO...question is can I fire back a form 10a reply about all the mistruths in her financial statement..is that what the forms for?(or is it just for replys against claims made?)........or bring it up when we set a case conf date....or put it in the case conf brief for the case conf. What's crazy is I'd love to trap her in her lies and force disclosure in a Case Conf but is giving her a heads up good prior to even setting a case conf appearance date a good or bad idea ...my heads spinning...lol
