refsual to find a job

My STBX works in school boards that are struggling for placement for staff for next year and additionally going for strike next year...seperation agreement being drafted. I am suspecting her lawyer will try to make me support her till they find her a placement. How does the court treat this. Knowing STBX will not try for another job/board. Any similar cases?
 
We had an employment issue with the ex also.
You can have your lawyer argue to have her salary imputed. Establish the average salary for her position and then she will be responsible for that amount. Regardless of what she actually makes, she can claim no less.
It is her responsibility to top up, so to speak.
