Does anyone have any lawyers they could recommend in the Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill area that doesn't require a retainer ? Or is there no such thing ?
I might be reaching here, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
lawyers can charge as this wish - you chose if you are willing to pay, a contract should be signed outlining your aggreement including some who will work with you as (IMHO) you have eventual equity coming to you, say from the house and the lawyer would get paid from those proceeds. Latter is a difficult objective but not impossible. Try a site called justicenet - just google it.
