I requested an uncontested trial related to child support back in Nov 2020. Payor stopped paying since March 2020 and I had requested an order for the backpay and an order for payment going forward. I finally got the endorsement from the judge granting my requests. So I'm wondering what is the next step after receiving the endorsement?
Does the court send a copy of the endorsement to the payor as well?
Does the court automatically send a copy to FRO to start the process of enforcing the payment orders?
