Questioning

Hello everyone,

I have been scheduled for “Questioning” pre-trial. Trial is coming up in a few months. Can somebody give me a good idea what to expect at this Questioning session and what is the purpose of it? I do have a lawyer, and I’m sure he will eventually fill me in, but I figured I would ask here in hopes that I can better prepare for this.
Anybody else been through this step?

My mom went through this years ago and it involved you and your lawyer and him and his lawyer sitting down and asking questions. They will try to ask irrelevant questions but your lawyer will say no. Make sure you and your lawyer have a good rapport and what is and isn’t relevant and how the lawyer will approach it.
