Question: is it possible to amend motion materials, i.e. replace affidavit

Hi community,

I had a cross motion adjourned until the 18th of July. Some of the exhibits I was relying on were in my reply to the original motion, not in my cross motion.

As my motion has been adjourned and will be heard by a different judge, I would like to amend the materials so that they appear before the judge.


How can I do this please ?
 
The judge will have access to the entire continuing record.

Indicate in your confirmation (14C) what you are relying on. Make notes to be able to reference specific paragraphs/exhibits if the judge asks about them or you plan to rely on them.
