Looking for some proper legal wording to include in my material....
If you have any other good lines to add, please post them.

1) Served late with missing documents - asking motion to be dismissed with costs.

2) My offer for support is more than fair and ex's is extremely unrealistic. As such, I should get costs.

3) Ex is willfully un/under employed and should be imputed with an income at least equal to minimum wage... hopefully more.

4) Would like a Right of First Refusal added to prevent the costs of unnecessary daycare expenses. I am always available to care for my children before/after school, rather than paying daycare.

5) An Order to stop my ex from continuously bringing motions and requesting disclosures.

6) Order for costs paid now, instead of waiting until the end.

I've just learnt that you can't make any mention of offers in your affidavit response to a support motion.... so I guess you can cross off number 2 from my list.

I'm just hoping to show the judge the orders I seek. This might have to be done in a cross motion, but I'm hoping it's ok to request in my response.

I appreciate any and all responses.

I may not be able to afford a lawyer, but at least I can sound like one.
