Problems with FRO

I recently finished going through Family court....and my case has since been registered with FRO. The agreement is that I am to pay $175 monthly plus $25 monthly until $700 is paid off. Well I got the first document from FRO it stated $175 a month and $0 arrears....I called and explained that it was wrong (I also called the court to ensure the proper documentation was sent, she said yes) the caseworker at FRO said she'd correct it, well today I got the amended document and it is still wrong!! $175 monthly plus $25 monthly until $175 is paid off. I called and called, left a message (to which they never call back as I left one last monday and still never received a call back). I do not want to be penalized because they cannot get their stuff straight...any suggestions?? My ex and I do not get along and I do not think she would be open to the idea of doing this outside of FRO.

It can take a while for the FRO to get things sorted out and it gets very frustrating making sure you're doing everything right.

After my order for child support was registered, they kept saying I was not in arrears and wouldn't take my money. Not until my ex sent in signed papers confirming that I hadn't paid her under the table during the time were before the courts, did it get it straightened out.

If that is your real name, you should change it to something more anonymous.

Thanks for the ideas!!.....She is aware of what is going on I've let her know everything just so she does not try to take me back to court or tell FRO I am not paying the correct amount....

I do not know how to change my name, I do not think she will look into anything like this to be honest with you...I just did digging for a forum to get some help from others who have gone through this!!
