I sent a private message to Blink but maybe another moderator can answer.

I wondered about this statement

You've been warned privately to stop initiating conflict where it is un-necessary. Now you've been warned publicly.

Do moderators have access to a board members private messages?

How would blink know that I've been warned privately? Is she aware of everyone who got "warned"?

Good question.

I would imagine the moderators have access to private messages.


I prefer emailing some people who pm me. It's a much better way for the most part as you don't have to keep emptying your in/out box.

I hope so. That is part of her role as moderator.

Why would this posters comments, (sadandTired), be construed as initiating conflict?

When someone responds with a post that is over 1400 words, I would consider that initiating conflict.
