Please help!!

I have searched everywhere and can not find a simple answer. Is there a certain length of time after a divorce that must be waited before remarrying? I have heard everything from 31 days to one year! Does anyone know that correct response? It would be greatly appreciated

If your in Ontario it is 31 days after the court order. This should be written on the Form 36B Certificate of Divorce.
