Hi all,
Is it possible for one party to ask the courts for a partial equalization or some sort of advance prior to everything being settled? like to make a down payment on a smaller home for myself until divorce?
As things are now, Ex is living in a small rental and I'm stuck with a big home that I do not want to continue maintaining. MH is on the market, but who knows how long that will take? I want out asap - really fed up with how long this process is taking!
