Ontario form 13.1 Financial Statement

I've downloaded the Word version of form 13.1 from the Ontario web site. I've seen references on this site to a version in Excel. Great! However, I can't find it. Would someone send me a link to the Excel version, svp. Thank you.

This will help you do the calculations, however is not the form you would need to submit, which is the word version you have.
