Well that door is closed, I was hoping that they would at least look into her lack of Parenting skills, her poor dietary options for the kids and her completely uncaring attitude towards the children's health, but I'll have to show this in another forum and in another way, any suggestions?? My next opportunity is the settlement conference, and hopefully the Judge will actually let me speak this time.

Nope, no chance to speak and she didn't rule or discuss any of my requests for orders...she even got my name wrong 3 times and didn't know I was the applicant and to further show her ineptitude, she didn't even read my documents as she asked a question which was answered in 2 of them
I think we should begin to post courts on here that are good or bad. Like rate a court or a judge?

I am curious to see how pro man or pro woman a judge is. I read that a lot in the I am sorry the judge was just not fair. I can say ok to battering a name but not to let you speak is just not right.
i keep hearing they can let you tape stuff but some judges throw people in courts for that.

I have filed a complaint with the Judiciary council of Canada regarding this judge, though from what I can find out, the court reporter has to OK the court record with the Judge before it is entered into the archives, so a lot of judges keep it clean. I've been reading about audio recording your conferences and legally you can do it, so I'm considering this for my next appointment before a judge. Either way, I have to look at what is next and apparently it's a settlement conference, but this time I'm gonna stand up and be heard
I am taking one with me. I used it this past weekend in deali wth the pd. there. THey changed how they were speaking with me when they realized they were being taped. Thanks for the judiciary thing.I hope I do not need it but I read so many horror stories. It cannot be that bad I thought.
I am not a Canadian native but i had to realize that if I did not start getting tough I was going to go nowhere fast. I hate it but I guess I needed to get stronger and not be timid anymore.

I am a lady but not from there. I felt that from the PD there. I showed up to settle and he called the cops. I did not nothing. I am going to make this a separate thread. First duty counsel would not do anything. They said i did not know the process. No, really. But this linke made me realize why he was afraid to go to to court.
I think the courts should be fair but they did tell me, he had asked for access in a dormant divorce filing, but they said he needed to offer support. I offered to settle with no money and he did not show up to court or offer anything.
I was just dx with some serious medical issues so I guess he hopes I die first!

They did not want to listen to me. They do this in this region and city. So I am armed with a hand size cam corder now.

What is age of child involved? If they are 12 or older they will be heard in court. If they arent they take them to doctor and get full medical done, then take them to dentist....poor diet will definitely show up on their teeth and the enamel or lack of enamel on them....take that information to a judge and you will get results for sure. Are your children constantly sick? Get medical records or school reports. Are your children missing alot of school due to illness? All this information will help you for sure.
