I read in one of the threads dealing with self employed/corporation and the disclosure being more than just the line 150 of the tax returns.
I also read somewhere in those threads that there was a recent decision that parents are obliged EVEN without asking to provide the disclosure. Can someone please post that link.
I have a friend who is in same boat. She didn't even know that corporate tax returns were filed separately and relied on just the personal tax returns. Her fear is that she will be told that she did not ask for the tax returns so no arrears.
Also, if there is a policy manual/booklet that is confidential within the company employees but lists all the benefits that the company offers, can the party say that they will not provide it because its confidential? Or is there a Rule/law that makes it compulsory for the party to provide the manual/booklet?
Last question: How do reciprocal agreements with Canada and USA work ? Can the court order the other parties employee( who is in USA) to provide the disclosure if the party keeps on denying / delaying it?
