Thinks have been going ok in our negotiation. He agreed to the kids one week with me then the next him. A few hiccups about the parenting plan but nothing major. We agreed on support ss and cs. He decided to buy out my part of the pension which was more than either of us thought it was and he went nuts when he saw what my share was . Another story and wants to buy out the house.

Now at our 4 way on Friday says he may just want to sell the house. We had it appraised in early April . And we could have put it up for sale then. And the numbers and everything the lawyers and us have worked on are based on him buying the house. If it wants to sell, I am getting out right away. I told my lawyer get and agreement dealing with the support and kids schedule and I could be out in a couple days. If I get out, do I still have to pay the mortgage and utilities and taxes. If I still have to pay for the mortgage I can deal with it, but what about taxes and for the utilities they would be a lot cheaper if the house was empty trying to be sold as apposed to him full time and the kids 2 weeks a month.

Any idea's or info from people who have been thru this

thanks
