Matrimonial home?

Am I entitled to half of the matrimonial home if I do not make any payments on (as I'm on maternity leave), but my name is jointly on the title? If husband refuses to sell the home, does he have to pay me out for half?

until you have an agreement with him he doesnt have to do anything. Your best bet is to ask him what he wants to do.

If you are married, then yes, are entitled to half of the equity in the house.
