Which is quite interesting as you probably made more trips to the court house than most people would ever want to.
bonnie is the trial coordinator. not necessary befriended but she knows me well enough to know my name and case file. same with the court clerks. yes windsor is friendly. they alsy somewhat sympathizes.
the motion was withdrawn at the motion hearing i also made a motion.

tayken i agree less is more. i keep the points brief and concise and also relevant. my affidavits was stricltly addressing the issues with the parent in relating to resisting the order with my time with my child.
it was actually filed since we had a hearing on it, but the respondent withdrew it at the last moment. well the lawyer did.
the freeman approach does not work in the court of equity. it only works in the jurisdiction of criminal. The reason why it only works in criminal is because its against the state/crown. Family and civil is against another man or woman and therefor does not apply.
Freeman approach can have more "powers" outside court in relation to court procedures but most of the ones you see in public does not work and the "authors" often is only looking for a quick buck.

Now that is incredibly annoying of them to do. At least they didn't serve a shelled motion (which has a date on it but, not filed with the court and not sealed).
Have you even been to a case conference yet?
hi tayken. no i have not therefor i am preparing the best i can for this. i have gotten a few tips but i am still seeking on how to "word" things such as posing a question and on what issues.
tayken would you be able to help me on how and where to pose the question on the conference brief i didn't see a place for it so i am unsure on how to proceed with it.

No problem. I have some template "briefs" that I have that I will transcribe onto the forum. Structure does matter to a brief and being "brief". I find that conference briefs are the damn hardest things to write.
May not get to this today but, some time over the weekend. Remind me in this thread if I don't get to it.

everytime i go to see my child hes been fed. its been 5 weeks now that i requested.
she was awarded sole custody temporary as it was the only way to see my child. if i didnt consent to her terms(which was retarded) i would not see my child until trial which i had no clue when it would be at the time.
now im pretty sure but i still wanna ask. can this be used against her that she is unwilling to do such simple tasks such as that.

Not likely. If the child is hungry, it is unreasonable to expect her to make the child wait to be fed until your arrival.
