Looking for legal aid lawyer in Oshawa area

Hello, my sister is looking for a lawyer willing to take a legal aid certificate for a matrimonial motion to change. The ex wants to reduce his child support, which he has rarely paid and has amounted to a considerable sum now. The deadline for filing the response is July 27.
 
Does she have the certificate ? Contact legal aid for a list of lawyers in your area that accept certificates and then methodically work the list. This is short notice to find a lawyer in the middle of summer. The area legal aid clinic would also be a good place look.
