Just a couple of simple queations:

1) Beavers/Scouts/Cubs - considered section 7 expense?

2) school trips to science center (etc) - Section 7 expense?

Cost for each (approx.)?

Was the child (ren) in beavers/cubs/scouts BEFORE you split?

The school trip is likely NOT a section 7, would be reasonably covered by CS.
The Beavers/Cubs/Scouts....maybe

They are both minor expenses with me having to fork out no more than a hundred bucks each.

I'm just getting very sick of how its all about money to my ex. She gets CS every month without fail - but its never enough it seems. Always 'gimme more'.

My understanding was that beavers is not an unusual activity and therefore not Section 7. School trips are customary through the school year and therefore would not be 'extraordinary' either. Unless it was a week long trip to Russia or something like that.

Its all moot anyways for the time being - she refuses to submit her financials and therefore I cannot pay proportionally as indicated by the court order.

Not section 7 except for item 1, it would be section 7 if the child does LOTS of extracurricular. But if that is the only thing going on, then it is not extraordinary.

Also if combined income is extremely low, then they may be section 7.

Beavers, not neccessarily section 7, depends on the cost and incomes. Also if the child is 'gifted' then extra costs associated with extracurriculars could be section 7.
