Have filed the F31, F30 and F8 to take the ex back to court... ALL documents as per the court form requests... now she is asking for his "business CRA" ??? and ALL receipts to do with the business??
We have yet to even receive ONE document from her and said if he doesnt comply it will delay all the court proceedings...
what is the business CRA?? and can she REALLY demand EVERY receipt for the year ???
all the business and personal income tax reports for the last 3 years as well as the notices of assessments for the last 3 years are included in what was submitted.... by law isnt that ENOUGH?
we use an accountant and she was given the FULL report from the business accounts....
