The respondant is really out of luck, and the applicant has proven her case of non disclosure and she does collect 21k a month with of course her costs awarded as bad faith is obvious.

Oh well, gents--cry all you want--I wont be able to post in the next few days,,,, Pearson awaits me along with my brand new condo on the beach... See ya!!!!!!
 
Clearly this mommaforever "lady" is not lady enough to support herself and not rely on a man to do it for her...if you supported him throughout his school, and have a debt free life, support yourself now...face it...its over and you are going to end up spending a lot more than you are going to get from him...

atlantic canada, there is a reason and a purpose for spousal support being awarded, you have a valid court order and I wish you well.
