Lawyer fees can it be included in Financial Statement

Hi,

I'm incurring the lawyer fees for the divorce and my question is

1. Can I include in the forms 13.1 financial statement in "PART 5: DEBTS AND OTHER LIABILITIES"

as legal fees in today's column and can I "Subtract value of all deductions (from item [25] above)"

and show it as net family property?

Presuming lawyer fees would be incurred after the date of separation. It would not reduce your NFP value.
