kid was exposed to sex scene while in mother's custody

I have 50/50 parenting time now. Kid is 5 year old. When I picked kid up from school last week, kid reported that mother slapped his face with some reasons (no mark) in that morning and that same day , he opened mother's bedroom and saw mother and a man were kissing, naked.. mother pushed him out of the door and locked... he expressed and also told him not to tell dad ( dirty name ). Kid is really unhappy with mother . and when mother pick up day , he always say no or cry.

this is not the first time kid reported that he was beat up.

This is extremely not acceptable. I emailed my agent lawyer and not reasoned yet.

Do not know what to do now. Call CAS? or police or wait until lawyer response.

If you believe your child has been physically harmed then yes you should speak with CAS.

You may also want to ask yourself if this is a situation where your feelings towards your ex are influencing what the child has said. Or if what is happening is a pattern of behaviour on the part of your ex.

Either way, a general call to CAS may answer some questions.
