Irrevocable Life Insurance

I am seeking some input here.
In my minutes of settlement I was to be provided irrevocable life insurance, "forthwith", this was back in May 2012. These minutes of settlement were done through Med/ Binding Arb.
To date after many emails back and forth, of course through lawyers I have received nothing.
Suggestions?
 
Does the order state he has to provide proof? If not, you may be out of luck. If it happens that he passes away and he does not have life insurance to pay you, you can then make a claim against his estate.
 
My only experience is from Quebec but I was under the impression they do not have "Irrevocable life insurance" anymore. Not sure if its the same here in Ontario though.
 
Pretty sure Ontario still has it, as we just purchased life insurance last month and we had the option of making it irrevocable or not.
