Income Splitting - does it affect x's income claim?

I haven't received my x's t4's yet but his support payments are both based upon his net income. I am wondering if there is any way income splitting with his new spouse would impact the amount of income he claims for net income and subsequently how that would affect his payment amounts.
 
Normally support is based off of line 150, which is gross income. Most payers would love it if we could pay based on net income for tax purposes.

Income splitting is calculated when determining taxes. Owing, so it does not impact CS.
