income for C/S small corporation dividend income

I am hoping to get help in order to review income for CS purpose.
Mine is straight forward (fixed salary), OP owns a small corporation(new ) and gets paid dividends only.

So far I have been given the following documents:
- balance sheet
- statement of earnings
- schedule of property

What else should I be asking and watching for?
