I need to see my daughter

I have recommended the OP get a lawyer via PM and in this thread on many occasions. Going to a motion without a lawyer is very risky and could change the relationship he has with his daughter for the rest of his life.

I have also told him I am not a lawyer and cannot provide legal advice.

I have also told him that I never made it to my motion and had all matters settled on a final basis before my motion so I have no personal experience with a motion.

That being said I have given my personal opinions and my experience on how I achieved my final outcome with a lawyer and how my lawyer prepared for the motion including case law specific to my case which does differ from some of the issues LF32 is dealing with.

Again this forum is for helping people. If he chooses to go it without a lawyer that is his choice and and we can continue to offer him suggestions and opinions (not legal advice) on how to proceed.
 
I agree with HammerDad on his last point, that a new thread should of been started, I think I mentioned that 100 pages ago. LMAO

New thread after the Emergency Motion. A new thread after the Case Conference and so on,
There's alot of sections people are interested in and I get the occassional PM over this matter, it's hard to refer them to page where "their" issue was previously dealt with because even I've forgotten.

I also didn't want this thread to go underground where nobody benefits and very surprised the thread wasn't hijacked long ago.

I advise also for LF32 to start a new thread.
 
Okay. Lot's of action today.

Tayken .. thank you for you case law and opinions. I'm at FLIC all the time, including today, I have had many free consults. Yes, I know I need a motion. Free legal advice doesn't represent me there. They tell me to go there and provide a scenario. Im experiencing financial hardship at the moment an am using every resource I have to try and retain a lawyer. Pleas be aware, as FB pointed out that most posters have PM'd me encouraging legal counsel. I do not meet the means for duty council they told me. Make no mistake, I will never come back to this forum and lay blame if things go awry.
I'm combining the info here plus the legal advice to get to get a holistic comprehension of what I should be doing. It's hundreds of pages because it strikes a nerve of many ppl in my position and many ppl who've been through it who just don't have the tens of thousands of dollars on hand for legal.
Not sure how this all got side tracked. But Id like to stay on topic if that's okay.

HAMMER DAD: I agree. Starting a new thread would be advantageous.
