I need advice

Hello, I am from Saskatchewan. I have been living with my girlfriend for 4 years. We have no children, and we are breaking up. I own a manufacturing company which I had before we met. (I have 3 equal partners that own it) Is there any chance of her getting any assets from me in the company. The house we live in is under my father's name so I think it is safe. My mother passed away 2 months ago and I got some money, is it safe? I am not looking to screw her or anything, I just want to know where I stand. Thanks for reading.
 
any assets obtained prior to the relationship are yours......however hypothetically if she stayed home while you worked she "could" claim enrichment on your part due to her being home.......condolences on the passing of your mom btw........if the money that was left to you was in her will then you have no concerns of that (inheritance from parent to child soley)....hope this helps.......

I paid for her education. After that she worked, but did not contribute to the house at all. (in money or labour) I paid for everything. Thanks for the advice, it is really appreciated.
