I made a HUGE mistake. How do I fix it?

Disclaimer: I'm stupid. Very very stupid. You will see why shortly.

My wife and I have been separated for over a year now, we have three children and are your typical low-income earners. About a year ago I started a new job. It's online and the company is based in the US (How is currency exchanged managed in income calculations?). Here's where the stupid comes in:

I lied to my ex about how much I made and subsequently lied on my financial disclosure (13.1).

We have yet to have a case conference, but this is scheduled in about a month. How do I fix this mistake without ending up in jail?

More details for information purposes:
- I voluntarily raised the unofficial child support payments I was giving to the amount I said I was paying on the day I started my new job.
- I expect to have to pay the actual amount based on my real income during that time. I'm unsure about the time-lines for these payments. I'm thinking over the course of three months would work well for both of us.
- I expect the judge will climb over his bench and come at me with the gavel. And I'd deserve it too...

Please help me sort this out.
