Ex has stopped all communication and I need to know if child is in post secondary
Confused as registration is all I have received nothing in the last year of post secondary . As far as I know she is done school.
Do I have to go to court as I have repeated tried to get this information and nothing !
 
If you are not with an enforcement agency, stop paying.

If you are with an enforcement agency, contact them to get a form to fill out to stop support (or check online, FRO has a form on their website). Fill it out, send it off.

File a motion to change to stop support as more than likely your ex will say they are still in school. Request proof of attendance via transcripts to determine if they were not in school while you were paying.
