How to Cite Endorsements, courts orders in affidavit

Hi Everyone,

I am in the process of completing my affidavit for a 14B Motion. For exhibits I use "herein attached as Exhibit A is the text message", I want to cite past endorsements, court orders and a previously filed Form 13: Financial disclosure, how do I cite these documents and are they considered as exhibits meaning do they count to allowable 10 pages of exhibits or not?

You would note it in the statement and then attachment.

Example: Blah blah endorsement from Justice Charlie Brown. The endorsement is attached as exhibit A.

Really think about what you need attached to avoid having so many pages. Some things may not be relevant and are a waste of space.
