How do I get this thing to trial ???

Hi community,

as some of you may know, I know have (by way of temporary motion) custody of my 4 children, and a C/S order en-forcible by FRO.

There was supposed to be a S/C but a request for adjournment by STBX lawyer has delayed the matter and I have not yet heard anything in regards to rescheduling.

How the heck do I move things forward towards final orders and division of assets ?

Any help would greatly be appriciated.

You go to the court house and get a new time for the SC that was ajourned. You simply ask the lawyer to provide times they are available over the next 3-4 weeks stipulating that if they don't respond in 7 days you will simply schedule the SC and send them the details.

Both parties are responsible for moving the matter forward. Not just the applicant.
