House divison in Alberta?

We have lived together in a common law realtionship for six years. We bought a house together 2 years ago, both names are on the mortgage and we are both on title of the house. The down payment was split evenly using RRSPs. She makes about twice as much as I do. Will I be entitled to 50% of the proceeds from the sale of the house?

I don't know about Alberta but in Ontario if both your names are on the title then yes you are entitled to 50% regardless of who makes what.
