My husband and I seperated July 30, 2010. He is in the house and right now he is holding all the assets and is not sharing. He has closed our joint accounts because he was the primary holder and he refuses to pay me any money. I have served him with court papers for spousal support and support for 2 of our children that are living with me but right now all I can do is keep borrowing from family and friends to live on. Any idea how long this could take?
