A Final Order was made were both parties agreeing that post secondary will be shared 1/3. (the adult child was living at ex's house going to school at that time). 3.2(B)
Soon after another adult child went to post secondary and the EX decided she wanted 1/3 costs and also to continue the child support which basically forced me to launch a motion to change... we are going back to court for 3.2(A) it seems which is EX's position....this child doesn't live at home but with the boyfriend althought ex cliams she lives with her.
...it looks like Contempt of a Court Order isn't gonna fly and hate going back to court for another 2 years.
