The ex (who again is making lots and has 1/2 my inheritance and still has his own inheritance coming to him) wants my gratuity evaluated in 30 days and I should give him his money now--even though we haven't equalized anything and I haven't retired. (the rant now the question)
I have the values of the gratuity at the time of marriage and separation---but my lawyer says we have to look at the different tax rates to see what it is worth during the marriage.
Instead of me paying more money to an actuary/accountant/lawyer.....does anyone know what needs to be done to make this calculation?
