Form13c limited rows

how do one add new rows to Ontario family court form 13c? The section for bank accounts, savings. pensions only have 2 rows.

Ask the court clerk. Different regions may have different rules.
For other forms I added a new page, put it in the middle and titled it accordingly.
or added a new subsection number set a reference to it and attached it to the end and number those pages at the end.
