Ok so is there a form to use?
And do I just file like all other documents?
Do I have to wait to get theirs....and do I serve them like the other documents I have served?
Almost there.....

What does the actual court order state explicitly on the issues of "costs". If you provide the paragraphs that are explicitly stated in the final order from trial it is easier to help guide you to the right answers.

Thanks Tayken,
the order says "I ask for written submissions of three to five pages or less not including offers to settle, to be submitted to me within 15 days of this order.Any response is to be provided within 15 days thereafter. There shall be not right of reply."
The order is dated May 4, I have not received anything......

You also did not submit anything yet and time is up unless it 15 business days what I doubt because in rules it say that if something more than 7 days than it calendar days.

but I may be wrong.

so then I would have to get their cost submissions first within the 15 days, I am the respondent ???? can they file without serving me? oh so confused...

If they are not seeking costs then you would not receive anything...which means you are either past time to submit your costs or you have to have yours in by Friday (if they go by business days)

So I should just go ahead on for Friday and serve and file mine and hope for the best....is filing them in the court the only way the judge sees them or do I send a letter to her directly
