I found out that form 26B wasn’t filed on my divorce. I went to the court and sworn it however, I was told to filed through Ontario.ca/familyclaims. My question is, do I need to serve my ex in order to filed the form?
Just to clarify, I’m not changing anything from the separation agreement, from 36 or form 6B. All amounts reminds as it is.
