Has anyone had any experience with regard to presumptions of Resulting Trusts and Advancement. Any info would be appreciated. I have read a lot on it, and case law.
The most recent, authoratative case relating to resulting trusts is Kerr v. Baranow. If you are looking for a plain english interpretation, google it; many lawyers have blogged about the case.
