Final Order Question

It appears that a year and some later and my final order has not been filed with the court. I have a draft copy that the ex and I have been following. I discovered this because I feel there is a change in CS (ex got a significant raise) and in trying to find out about filing a motion a court clerk told me there's no signed order. The file number is there but a judge hasn't signed it. Possibly an error on the draft that was submitted and then rejected by the court.

Can someone please tell me what's going on? Is this possible? Did my lawyer drop the ball? Should I be upset?

Do you have a signed separation agreement? Has that been filed with the court? Did the clerk show you a file?

Im confused. Do you have a case with FRO already open? If yes then you have an order filed with the court.

Still waiting for an answer....

So I went to the court house today and they have no signed order. The duty counsel and court clerk are baffled at the fact that FRO is collecting money without a signed final order.
Does anyone know if FRO is able to collect support without a signed order? Can they collect with only a support deduction order?
